Instant download items don’t accept returns or cancellations. Please contact me about any problems with your order.

There are no refunds because of the nature of digital items, BUT, if  you accidentally paid twice; bought the wrong item that you wanted, or something similar happened, please feel free to contact me. I will do my best for you. For example, I will send you a replacement for free, or we will find another way.
